The focus was to portray a contrast between the present-day “chaotic” production process and a cleaner, more streamlined “Next Generation Factory.” The animation was intended for internal and external stakeholders to communicate the vision, potential improvements, and operational benefits of future manufacturing processes.
The Challenge
Textron’s primary challenge was to translate a complex manufacturing environment into a clear, engaging video format that could effectively showcase the company’s vision for automation. The video needed to:

The Solution
