Founded by Matthew Winters in 2007, Austin Visuals has become a home to some of Austin’s top Animation talent producing high-quality animation and graphics for clients globally.

Founding Managing Director
Matthew Winters attended Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, Georgia and was awarded a BFA in Visual Effects. He also attended Baylor University in Waco, Texas contributing to award-winning SCAD team projects. Since 2007, Matthew has led teams to create high quality animation and compelling graphics for companies such as The Discovery Channel, NASA, Landmark Films, and Page Southerland Page. Matthew continues to create groundbreaking graphics, graphic design, 3D animation & visualization, film visual effects, and architectural rendering projects, and today, the Founding Managing Director of the Austin Visuals 3D Animation Studio.
Project and Accounts Coordinator
Cassandra Carico has degrees in many disciplines from Ancient History to Asian Studies. A natural leader, Cassandra is a Member of Phi Theta Kappa, National Honors Society, Academic Who’s Who award, Eastern Star, and Founder and President of the Japanese Club. Cassandra excels in the realm of communication, cultural sensitivity, and language translation.
General Manager
Joe Leon holds a BFA from the Art Institute at Austin in Animation and Visual Effects. He served our country proudly as a Soldier for the United States Army in Fort hood, TX for several years. As Director and Manager of Austin Visuals accounts, Joe leads they way and charts the course for our project management team’s Austin Visuals 3D Animation Studio Projects.
