Austin Visuals Release Policy

By  Submitting ‘ I agree ‘ along with your job application, you are hereby agreeing to the following terms of service with concern to your submission of “Portfolio Materials” to Austin Visuals L.L.C.

You understand that Austin Visuals L.L.C. will not review materials submitted for employment unless the applicant agrees to these terms of release.

You agree that your Portfolio submissions are original and do not violate any rights of any other party. Included in your submission to Austin Visuals L.L.C. must be a clear indication if parties other than yourself worked on a piece or have ownership to the work submitted.

You acknowledge that Austin Visuals L.L.C., may be in development of materials that may be similar or identical to your Portfolio Material submission and that Austin Visuals L.L.C. has no obligation of any kind to you with concern of those materials Austin Visuals L.L.C. has created or developed independently from your Portfolio Materials Submission. You also agree that Austin Visuals L.L.C. has the same rights as any member of the general public to public domain materials that is included within your Portfolio Materials Submission.

You are in agreement that any dispute concerning the issues of usage of your Portfolio Submission will be submitted to binding arbitration in the Travis County Court in Texas, USA.

You shall have no right to seek relief to restrict the development or distribution of Austin Visuals’ Productions.

YOU ARE IN AGREEMENT AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE UNDERSTOOD AND READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AND THESE TERMS OF RELEASE AND THAT YOU COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND YOUR LIABILITY RELATIONSHIP IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PORTFOLIO MATERIALS SUBMISSION.

Please submit ‘I AGREE’ or ‘ I DISAGREE ‘ along with your online portfolio job submission.
